Barbara Walters had an interview with Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez in which he shared his views on the upcoming on President Bush and Condoleezza Rice.
Hugo Chavez brought a lot of attention on himself when he called President Bush “the devil,” and when Walters asked him about this comment he said, “Yes, I call him a devil in the United Nations,” and that “Another time, I said that he was a donkey just because I think that he is very ignorant…about the things that are actually happening in Latin America and the world. If that is an excess on my side, I accept. And I might apologize. But who is causing more harm? He burns people, villages and he…invades nations.”
Hugo Chavez has also been accusing Bush of trying to plan his assassination. However, President Bush is not the only official in the US who is being criticized by Hugo Chavez. Chavez called Condoleezza Rice, US Secretary of State, an illiterate who is suffering from sexual frustration. He also says that his insults are nothing compared to all of the lives lost during the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
When asked about both President Bush and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in the Barbara Walters’ interview, Chavez said, “As a lady I respect her, for the president of the United States, as a human being, I respect him, but they are killing people.”
